Zoning approval is required as a prior approval to many constructions permits including, but not limited to:

• Decks, sheds, retaining walls, additions, new construction, commercial construction, in ground and above ground pools.
• Other construction that require zoning approval are fences, patios, driveway, generators/ac condensers, new tenants proposing to occupy existing commercial buildings, etc.
