Fitness Center
Over 21,000 square feet devoted to resistance, free weights, cardio equipment, basketball, volleyball and indoor track. Free Motion, TechnoGym & function training area, Hammerstrength, Stairmaster and Star Trac are just a few of the names you’ll recognize. If you want to try something different, there are gravitrons, stepmills and even punching bags.
Group Exercise Studios
Three Studios that have Medically designed floating floors. We offer a full array of cardiovascular, muscle conditioning, and up-to-date programs for everyone that are fun and motivating. We also have a 30-bike Spinning Studio.
Racquet / Badminton Sports
We have 3 racquetball courts and 2 badminton courts with floating wood floors give a true bounce and are easy on your legs. Leagues, round robins, lessons and open play are available.
Indoor Pool
Computer controlled for temperature and water condition, our salt water pool lets you swim all year long. For those members who have stayed away from the pool because they are either allergic or highly sensitive to chlorine, you may now use the pool and be symptom free. Don’t be fooled into thinking that there is no chlorine in the pool, there is. However, in a salt water pool vs. a chlorine pool, the level of chlorine needed is lower and the pH level can be a bit higher. That means the pool water does not cause burning, itching, dry skin, or green hair. It doesn’t bleach out bathing suits and it smells and tastes much better. The salt water runs through an electrical system that charges the salt and creates chlorine on its own. We offer lap swimming, lessons, exercise classes and rehabilitation programs are available.
Kidsports
21,000 square feet of fun and fitness designed totally for kids. You’ll find our childcare facility, our innovative Kidsports and Weesports programs and sports turf field used for basketball, soccer, baseball, cheerleading and more. We even offer camp programs for summer and holiday vacations. We also have a State Certified full day / half day Preschool.
Locker Rooms
Fully appointed with whirlpools, steam rooms, saunas and showers.
