Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/ Spanish)

Overview: 
 We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This can be a good career opportunity to learn the life cycle of the print industry (customer service, production, bindery, corporate sales).

Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to address inquiries and provide assistance.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and operating cash registers.
• Assist in sales efforts by promoting products and services effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Training will be provided.

Required Skills:

• Bilingual (English/ Spanish) candidates are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. weight for basic activities.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
