The Woodbridge Health Department offers FREE COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic(s) administered by the Nursing Staff at the Health Center. The Health Department has scheduled a Child Clinic (Ages 5 – 11) on Wed., Dec. 1 from 4:00 - 6:00 PM; an Adult Clinic (ages 12 and up) on Thurs., Dec. 2 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM; and a Child Clinic (Ages 5-11) on Fri., Dec. 3 from 4:00 - 6:00PM. Appointments are required for all clinics. The Federal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved the administration of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine for children ages 5 to 11 and has authorized booster doses for COVID-19 vaccines made by Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

The Health Department will administer the “Third Dose” or “Booster” vaccine to eligible patients - adults 65 years of age and older and adults with immune deficiencies. Additionally, the Health Department is encouraging all children (ages 12-17) to be vaccinated for COVID-19 and has the approved Pfizer vaccine for children. Pre-registration is required for any of the COVID-19 vaccinations at any of the Health Department clinics due to limited availability. Register by calling 732-855-0600 ext. 5004. The vaccine is free. Persons under 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. All clinics are at the Woodbridge Health Center located at 2 George Frederick Plaza, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
