Mission Statement
The Center mission is to enhance the quality of life for the senior citizens in the area. Our goal is to help them maintain wellness, independence and educate them on health and safety.
Summary of Programs and Activities
We provide a variety of health, wellness and recreational activities such as self-defense classes, card games, pool table , ping pong, dance classes, Zumba, Yoga, Tai-Chi, Art classes, field trips, Bingo, Wii Bowling, educational speaker and health seminars. We also provide themed luncheons once a month.
Membership Requirements:
•Resident of any of the 10 towns in Woodbridge Township (proof of address required).
•60 years or older.
•Complete membership registration form
