Following a thorough and impartial examination of the available factual information, a determination will be rendered and where warranted, disciplinary action shall be administered according to the degree of misconduct. Disciplinary action in all matters will be determined based upon the merits of each case. Anyone who files a complaint will be treated with courtesy and respect.

To make a complaint you can contact any supervisor via phone, in person, or in writing. Your complaint will be sent to a supervising officer or a specially trained internal affairs officer who will conduct a thorough and objective investigation. You may be asked to give a detailed statement or provide other important information. You will be advised in writing of the outcome of the investigation.
