“We are always looking to make government more responsive and better able to serve the public,” Mayor McCormac said. “The satellite passport office is one of those efforts that has met with incredible success as hundreds of residents were able to easily apply for passports without having to travel to New Brunswick. I’m very pleased to be part of the program and to be able to offer this convenient service to Woodbridge Township residents.”

Mayor McCormac noted that the Middlesex County Clerk’s Office, along with the Woodbridge Township Municipal Clerk’s Office, will be accepting applications for U.S. Passports in the Council Meeting Room at Woodbridge Town Hall located at 1 Main Street. In 2006, more than 580 Township residents applied for passports via the Town Hall satellite passport office.
