Woodbridge Township will participate in National Take Your Child to Work Day Thursday, April 27, Mayor Frank G. Pelzman has announced.
“This is an opportunity for the children of our employees to learn about the many opportunities in the public service sector,” says Mayor Pelzman. “It shows children the realities of their parent’s job and also provides insight into the importance of teamwork and diversity in the workplace.”
The Township has celebrated National Take Your Child to Work Day for several years. The day evolved from the National Take Our Daughters to Work Day Today founded in 1992 by Ms. Foundation.
