Woodbridge Police Department Seeks Applicants |

WOODBRIDGE – The Woodbridge Township Police Department is currently seeking applicants to take the entry level police officer examination, Mayor Frank G. Pelzman has announced.
The Township recently swore in 13 new recruits from the previous year’s graduating class.
“We are always looking for qualified police officers,” says Mayor Pelzman.
The closing date for filing applications is March 31, 2006. Applications are available at the Woodbridge Township Personnel Office, the Woodbridge Police Department and the Main Library. The application may be found online at www.state.nj.us/personnel .
An applicant must be a U.S. citizen, Woodbridge Township resident and between 18 and 35 years of age. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required as well as a valid New Jersey driver’s license. Starting salary is $38,477.
