Peggy Mayerowitz Re-Elected as Woodbridge Library Board Head

WOODBRIDGE – Fords resident Peggy Mayerowitz was re-elected President of the Woodbridge Township Library Board of Trustees at the annual reorganization meeting, Mayor Frank G. Pelzman has announced.

Ms. Mayerowitz has served as Board President since 2000 and was first appointed to the Board in 1996. She has also served as Treasurer and Vice President.

“We are pleased with Peggy’s willingness to accept another term as President,” says Mayor Pelzman. “The citizens of Woodbridge will continue to benefit from her diligence and expertise.”

Ms. Mayerowitz is an active volunteer for Woodbridge High School, Woodbridge Buddy Ball and the Mayor’s Summer Concerts.

“Peggy has been a very effective leader for the Board,” says Library Director John Hurley. “She possesses a broad range of knowledge in the library field and has a strong familiarity with every aspect of our library system.”
