Mayor McCormac & Woodbridge Township to Support Annual “Dollars for Danielle” Bike Run & Picnic on Sun., June 3 Mayor Urges Township Residents to Join Bikers & Picnicker’s At Merrill Park to “Help Children with Cancer and their Families”


Woodbridge - Woodbridge Township Mayor John E. McCormac today announced that the 9 th Annual John Perricone Memorial Dollars for Danielle Bike Run and Picnic is set for Sun., June 3
(Rain Date: Sun., June 10) at Merrill Park (Grove #2) in Iselin from 1:00 p.m. until dusk.

The picnic and bike run requires a $20.00 per person donation for an all-you-can-eat picnic of burgers, hot dogs, assorted snacks and beverages. Additional entertainment includes live music, raffles and games.

Bike run registration is from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Merrill Park, with the motorcycles leaving for the run at 11:30 a.m. The first 300 people to register will receive a “Dollars for Danielle” bike run pin.

Proceeds of this year’s “Dollars for Danielle” fundraising event will go to the “LifeTime for Gabriel Committee” to benefit Gabriel Sibilia, a 14 month-old Woodbridge Township toddler battling a health- related condition. Gabriel has been diagnosed with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease and is being treated at Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Through the efforts, contributions, and generosity of events such as “Dollars for Danielle” and through hundreds of concerned Woodbridge Township residents, thousands of dollars have been raised to assist Gabriel and his family meet financial obligations for the payment of medical expenses and to allow Gabriel, family and friends to continue to provide medical treatments, For more information on the “Dollars for Danielle” bike run and picnic or on how to help Gabriel, contact Karen at 732-602-2443 or Debbie at The Colonia Corner at 732-382-0070.
