1. Planning Board

    The Planning Board is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for development and subdivisions in permitted zones, reviewing the Master Plan and any amendments thereto, conditional use applications, review capital improvements, bond ordinances and changes in land use ordinances.

  2. Zoning Board

    The Zoning Board of Adjustment is a quasi-judicial board whose purpose is to provide relief from zoning requirements that cannot be satisfied by granting variances from the bulk and dimensional requirements of the Ordinance.
